1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lag ("Service"), a voice communication service and related websites and applications operated by Gitglue LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Lag, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction to consent to use online services) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Lag provides real-time voice communication over the internet, including server and room-based voice channels, invite and membership features, and related functionality. We may add, change, or discontinue features or the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others, or promote violence or discrimination
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content designed to disrupt or compromise the Service or others' devices
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our or any third party's systems or data
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or the experience of other users

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service or others.

5. Your Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content (including voice and text) you transmit via the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited licence to use, store, and transmit it as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this licence and that your content and conduct comply with these Terms and the law.

The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials (excluding your content), is owned by Gitglue LTD or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
